- Team work works, lack of team work misses the target. Day three must cover for this folly of day two.
- Their would always be a fire somewhere, maybe everywhere, but are you moving ahead to the bigger task on hand or just getting consumed by the fire is purely your choice.
- Even within the execution process, timely monitoring sometimes becomes the deciding factor – the job is done or not done.
- Systems have been put in place, and the measurements are being documented. That is the first hurdle which has been crossed.
