- Zero error is essential if the battle must be won.
- An error of judgment and forgetfulness of top priority almost caused a disaster yesterday.
- Everything else, yes not almost but actually everything else must become a non-issue if the battle has to be won.
- Acceptance of error and correction of path should happen very quickly. Also process control measures should be put in place to ensure that the error doesn’t occur again. There is no window for a second occurrence.
- It is important to tell yourself that in the “Battles which must be won” there is no window for the luck to play any part.
